Pastor Marvin Barham is senior pastor of Victory Christian Fellowship International (VCFI) Church in North Little Rock, AR which is a sister church to Jubilee Church International in Pensacola, Fl under the Pastoral and Apostolic leadership of Lindell Ballenger. Marvin has served in ministry for over 20 years. Marvin has ministered prophetically across the country for many years with his father Johnny Barham and serves as Vice President of Johnny Barham Ministries. God has used him to spread the gospel and prophetic ministry throughout cities and churches in Mexico, South Africa and Brazil. He apostles a churches in Morelos and Allende, MX and Lonoke, AR. Marvin has served on the board of community ministerial alliances, as a chaplain of the Arkansas Army National Guard motorcycle club, and Vice President of the Arkansas National Guard Officers Christian Fellowship. He is a member of Highway and Hedges motorcycle ministry, Patriot riders and an Associate Staff member of Campus Crusade for Christ Military Ministry. Marvin served over 20 years in the Arkansas Army National Guard and retired from the National Guard as a Major. He has co-authored books with his father to include Understanding Your Spirit Man and the Healing of Your Soul, Introduction to Spiritual Gifts, Prospering in Your Soul and many others. He ministers in the areas of preaching, teaching, healing, prophetic ministry, praise and worship. Marvin carries a strong passion for saving the lost, discipling the nations, and feeding God’s sheep with the uncompromising Word of Truth. God has placed on his heart to see the restoration of the New Testament church and the Voice of God carried throughout the earth. Marvin holds a BA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Masters of Religious Education and Middle Eastern Studies from the American Institute for Advanced Biblical Studies.

Pastor Angie Barham fulfills one of the most honorable positions in the Kingdom as the mother of four she Home Schools the children, teaches dance and oversees the Victory Dance and Tambourine Troop (Joyful Expressions) for adult women and youth. Angie also mentors several young adult women and leads a Mother and Daughter group to teach young girls about modesty and true beauty (Secret Keeper Girls and Girls Life of Faith Club). She also serves as the church secretary, teaches at a home school coop and much more. Marvin and Angie have four children: Victoria, Abigail, Julia, and Joshua. They reside in North Little Rock.

Pastors Woody and Claudia Tolleson love God, His people, and each other. They met each other in church in 1994 and have been happily married ever since. They are ordained lay pastors and elders of Victory Christian Fellowship International (VCFI) and co-lead the VCFI TRIBE teen ministry program. Claudia is active in the VCFI women’s prayer fellowship and A Life of Faith ministry for girls. Woody is active in worship ministry and evangelistic outreaches. They have many years of experience in singles ministry/divorce recovery, young adults’ ministry, home fellowship leadership, and international missions trips. Claudia is a geriatric specialist and has been named Arkansas Physician of the Year in her discipline multiple times by the Arkansas Times. Woody is a molecular and cell biologist with the Food and Drug Administration. His research involving food safety and cancer resulted in numerous scientific publications, book chapters, and presentations at national and international scientific conferences. Although blocked by international policies, Woody and Claudia continue to trust God to
complete the adoption of Andrea, an abandoned child in Romania whom they have been trying to adopt since 2001. Woody also preaches, teaches, plays the drums and percussion, travels with Pastor Marvin and often ministers in the prophetic.

Pastors Gary and Donna Mitchell minister with incredible compassion prophetically and in the Word of Truth. Gary and Donna have a strong heart for the Body of Christ and to see the Bride of Christ healed, delivered, restored and made whole. They minister life through the power of the Holy Spirit where ever God sends them. Gary and Donna were sent to VCFI through divine direction through the ministry of Jubilee International in Pensecola, FL. Gary and Donna travel the U.S. through their evangelistic ministry Life Line Ministries.

Ben and Bethany Sprouse have served in youth ministry for several years and currently serve as the VCFI Worship Directors. Ben has ministered in South Africa and Mexico. Both have powerful testimonies and an incredible heart for young people. They both have a passionate heart for God. Ben has a wonderful delivery of the Word of God that is refreshing and from the heart. They have one daughter Blakely.
